An automatic beading machine is designed to bead, rib and hem sheets of iron, stainless steel, copper and aluminum with ease and reduced working time. It is basically composed of an upper motor body and a lower frame with a tools-holding compartment fixed with four knobs so as to reduce bulk and transport time and effort.

To meet the needs of every manufacturer, we have conceived two different series of beading machines: MONO and TRIS.

Automatic beading machines from the MONO series

This line includes two machine models equipped with one working head:
 

#1 The automatic beading machine MONO 55, characterized by:

• rollers diameter of 55 mm
• rollers rotation speed ranging between 10 and 180 turns per minute
• maximum working thickness of 1 mm
   

#2 The automatic beading machine MONO 65, characterized by:

• rollers diameter of 65 mm
• rollers rotation speed ranging between 10 and 140 turns per minute
• maximum working thickness of 1.5 mm

Automatic beading machines from the TRIS series

This line is made of two other machine models equipped with three working heads. According to the rollers diameter, you can choose between:
 

#1 The automatic beading machine TRIS 55, characterized by:

• rollers diameter of 55 mm
• rollers rotation speed ranging between 10 and 180 turns per minute
• maximum working thickness of 1 mm
   

#2 The automatic beading machine TRIS 65, characterized by:

• rollers diameter of 65 mm
• rollers rotation speed ranging between 10 and 140 turns per minute
• maximum working thickness of 1.5 mm
